Our mission is to give men at risk the opportunity to overcome destructive lifestyles and the traumas of life by equipping them to be effective community members through biblical truth, education, service work, employment, and community outreach.
What is the Discipleship School of Ministry?
The Discipleship School of Ministry (DSM) is a six-month faith-based program that serves men in need of restoration and provides these men with hope and direction to reach their God-given potential. DSM offers their students a Christian family, a discipleship school, and a new start in life. Through our belief that the real answer to every one of life’s questions is Jesus Christ, our goal is to help restore entire communities, one soul, one family at a time.
Requirements to Join
All men who come to DSM must meet these three requirements:
Have and maintain the desire to change their life.
Have and maintain the ability to surrender.
A referral from a pastor or ministry.
Day to Day
The Discipleship School of Ministry is a drug-free, alcohol-free living facility.​ We keep the students active and engaged. The program has a productive daily schedule that all students in Phase I must adhere to. It consists of daily prayer, Bible studies, various classes for enrichment, education, and edification as well as community service.
The men in the program are trained to be disciples of Jesus Christ through biblical truths. We are equipping them to live to the full potential God intended for their lives.
